The City of Edinburg is soliciting formal, competitive proposals from qualified third-party vendors to establish a master services agreement for fleet preventive maintenance, complex mechanical and structural repairs, off-route mobile servicing, seasonal thermal audits, and heavy-duty emergency towing/recovery across all Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and departmental support assets. The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to secure a turnkey fleet maintenance partner capable of maximizing asset availability, extending severe-duty vehicle lifespans, and maintaining strict compliance with municipal standards.
