The Government is seeking a company to provide heavy lift crane rental services, certified crane operators, and specialized rigging equipment to execute the tandum lift extraction of a partially sunken Navy Standard Intermediate Causeway Side Loadable Warping Tug barge located at Naval Station Rota, Spain. Full details are included in the Statement of Work and its attachments. The Government intends to solicit quotes from Local Sources Only. Amendment 1 updated administrative error in the date of the site visit. Amendment 1 updates publishes the Q&A from the site visit and revises the Statement of Work with changes notated in red font.
