DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, rigging, permits, and mobilization necessary to perform heavy lifting operations to support the coordinated restationing and download of approximately 116 pieces of heavy tactical engineer assets at Fort Polk, Louisiana. Core Specifications: Equipment: One (1) certified hydraulic mobile crane platform with a minimum certified lifting safety threshold of 110,000 lbs at the required operating radius (utilizing a 225-ton-class crane model). Personnel: One (1) certified Crane Operator and one (1) certified Rigger (holding active NCCCO or equivalent certifications). Operational Windows (Split-Week): Week 1 Operations: September 21, 2026, through September 25, 2026 (40 hours). Intervening Weekend (Staging): September 26�27, 2026.
