In addition to the Community Needs Assessment and Strategic Investment Plan, the consultant will be responsible for community engagement and ongoing project management. These services shall begin once the contract is initiated. All questions must be submitted via the electronic BidsOnline system on the Q&A tab by 5:00pm PST, by Sunday, August 28, 2026.
