Central Carolina Community College is seeking proposals from qualified external evaluation firms to assess the progress and impact of its NSF-funded EARTH Center grant. The selected vendor will provide data collection, stakeholder surveys, advisory support, and annual NSF reporting under a fixed-price contract (up to 500 hours/year).
