Berkeley County is requesting statements and qualifications from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide professional environmental services in support of the County's EPA Brownfields Grant program. The selected consultant will serve as the Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP)/ Environmental Consultant and will assist with technical, assessment, planning, community engagement, and reporting activities necessary to implement the County’s Brownfields Assessment Cleanup Grant
