Description
The City is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured contractor(s) to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, traffic control, permits, testing, and incidentals necessary to construct, remove, replace, and repair sidewalks, driveways and related concrete improvements at locations designated by the City. Work shall be performed on an as-needed basis in accordance with approved plans, work orders, applicable permits, manufacturer recommendations, and all current federal, state, and local requirements. Effective date for this contract is estimated to begin February 2027 (if not earlier). Terms of this agreement shall be for two (2) years from date of Agreement with three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement of both parties.
