<p>The City of Fontana is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide third party claims administration services for the City’s Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Program. This Request for Proposal (RFP) arises out of the City’s desire to ensure that its Workers’ Compensation Program is being serviced at the highest level of quality for the funds being expended. This solicitation shall be carried out in an effort to retain the most qualified proposer to provide these services to the City.</p> <p></p>
