<p>The Vendor shall furnish and deliver precast concrete storm drain structures, pipes, parts,</p><p>and associated appurtenances for use by the City of San Diego Stormwater Department in the</p><p>repair, replacement, and maintenance of the City’s storm drain infrastructure. Materials may</p><p>include, but are not limited to, cleanouts, risers, manhole covers, catch basins, drainage</p><p>inlets, box culverts, junction boxes, reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), couplings, and other</p><p>related precast concrete products identified in the Pricing Pages.</p><p>The Vendor shall provide materials from available inventory or fabricate products as</p><p>necessary to fulfill City orders and shall deliver ordered materials to designated work</p><p>locations within the City of San Diego. The Vendor’s scope is limited to furnishing,</p><p>fabricating when required, and delivering the materials. Installation and offloading of</p><p>materials are not included in the Vendor’s scope and will be performed by City forces.</p><p>All materials shall conform to or exceed the City of San Diego Standard Drawings, City</p><p>specifications, and ASTM standards identified in the Pricing Pages. Any proposed exception,</p><p>deviation, or alternative to the specified requirements shall be clearly identified at the time</p><p>of bidding and supported by applicable material specifications, performance data, ASTM</p><p>standards, American Concrete Pipe Association standards, or other technical documentation</p><p>sufficient for the City to evaluate the proposed product.
