The School District of Pittsburgh is soliciting proposals from qualified electrical Commissioning Authority (CxA) consultant to provide services to the School District of Pittsburgh for the Commissioning of Switchgear Replacement at the District's Central Operations / Food Kitchen Building located at 8 South 13th Street, Pittsburgh Pa. 1. "CxA" (Commissioning Authority) is used for convenience to identify the Proposer, the entity responding to the RFP. CxA is a Consultant. 2. "Consultant" is the entity with which the Board my execute an Agreement.
