Cherokee County School District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Architect/Engineer firms to provide independent professional consulting services in support of the District’s Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) with Schneider Electric. Services include technical and design review, implementation oversight, code and regulatory compliance review, project coordination, commissioning and acceptance observations, and project closeout. Firms shall review the complete solicitation documents for all requirements, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and applicable terms and conditions.
