Government contracts for plumbers in New Hampshire

Plumbers contracts in New Hampshire typically cover backflow-preventer testing, water-main repair, fixture replacement at federal buildings, sewer-line work at correctional facilities, and on-call plumbing IDIQs. Federal posts in this category fall under NAICS 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors), and the bulk of the work flows to the Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and GSA. Small-business set-asides are common because most jobs sit well below the simplified acquisition threshold.

New Hampshire currently has 5 open plumbers contracts in our database, with 3 added in the last 30 days. That's a steady cadence — enough flow to make automated alerting worthwhile rather than manual portal-checking. The most active buyers are DAS Purchasing (Statewide Bids & Contracts) (2 open posts) and Dept of Environmental Services-NH (1), with the rest spread across other federal civilian agencies, DoD components, and state and local departments active in New Hampshire.

Beyond federal opportunities, much of the plumbers work in New Hampshire is posted through the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services bid portal, with recurring buyers including the New Hampshire Department of Transportation and the University System of New Hampshire. New Hampshire posts most state contracts through the Bureau of Purchase and Property — agency-direct postings are rare. ContractRadar pulls federal postings from SAM.gov alongside state and local feeds so a plumbing contractor doesn't have to monitor each portal manually.
