New: Six More States Now Available — Oregon, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Arkansas, and Illinois

By ContractRadar

ContractRadar now monitors state contracts in six more states: Oregon, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Arkansas, and Illinois. That brings our state-level coverage to eleven states plus two cities — and we’re not slowing down. If you’re a small business in any of these states, you no longer need to manually check your state procurement portal. Set up your profile once, and matching contracts come to you.

The six new states

All six states run their procurement on the same enterprise platform, which allowed us to bring them all online at once:

  • Oregon — OregonBuys
  • Massachusetts — COMMBUYS
  • Nevada — NEVADAePro
  • New Jersey — NJSTART
  • Arkansas — ARBuy
  • Illinois — BidBuy

Each state has its own portal with its own search interface, login, and update schedule. That’s six more websites you’d otherwise need to check every day on top of SAM.gov and everything else. ContractRadar pulls from all of them daily so you don’t have to.

Full coverage today

With these additions, ContractRadar now monitors opportunities across federal, state, and local government — all on one dashboard, in one daily email:

  • Federal — SAM.gov, SBA SubNet
  • State — Delaware, New Hampshire, Texas, Oregon, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Arkansas, Illinois
  • Local — New York City, San Francisco

See the full coverage map. We’re continuing to add more states and cities. If there’s a source you’d like to see, let us know — it directly influences what we build next.

How matching works

Every new state source goes through the same AI matching pipeline. Each day, ContractRadar syncs active solicitations from all supported portals and scores them against your business profile: your NAICS codes, certifications, keywords, and past match history. We match your certifications to contracts you actually qualify for, so you’re not sorting through hundreds of irrelevant listings.

If a state contract is a strong fit, it shows up in your opportunities dashboard and your daily email, clearly labeled with the source and linked directly to the portal detail page. No extra setup — if you’re already a subscriber, you’ll start seeing matches from these states automatically.

Get free help from your state’s APEX Accelerator

If you’re a small business interested in government contracting, your state has a free resource called an APEX Accelerator (formerly known as a Procurement Technical Assistance Center, or PTAC). These are federally funded programs — backed by the Department of Defense and state partners — that provide free one-on-one counseling, bid assistance, registration help, and training to help small businesses win government contracts.

Here are the APEX Accelerators for each of the six new states:

These are completely free resources. If you’re new to government contracting or want help navigating the procurement process, reach out to your local APEX Accelerator. You can also use the national APEX Accelerator finder to locate the office nearest you, regardless of which state you’re in.
