<p><span style="color:rgb(26, 26, 26)"><strong>Scope of Services</strong></span></p><p>The Santa Barbara Golf Club is soliciting bids for the releveling and expansion of the #10 tee box, the reshaping of the #13 green, and the renovation of the #13 greenside bunkers. <span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">Please see Bid and Documents for full project description and details.</span></p> <p><span style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)">In accordance with Civil Code § 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount </span><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">of the bid.</span></p>
