REQUIREMENTS BACKGROUND This is a non-personal services contract to provide hotel and conference services in support of the Indo-Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference (IPACC), Indo-Pacific Armies Management Seminar (IPAMS), and Senior Enlisted Forum (SELF) in Singapore, Singapore SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall provide analysis and planning necessary to host, lodge, and feed up to 200 delegates for a multi-day international conference. This includes the following tasks: Gather requirements to offer reasonable options to meet conference deliverables to the customer.
