The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals for a qualified development team for the redevelopment of approximately 2.21 acres of City-owned land to create permanently affordable homeownership opportunities at the corner east of M Street and north Madison Avenue in the Historic Westside.
