The Work consists of dismantling and disposing of existing furnace and condenser unit and replacement with new furnace and condenser, including complete installation and testing in accordance with all requirements, specifications and terms stated herein and in the Bid Plans. Please Note: Pre-Bid conference is MANDATORY attendance in order for bidder to submit a Bid Response.
