COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION ASBESTOS AIR MONITORING SERVICES FOR PROJECT NO. 528A8-18-801 RENOVATE CARDIAC CATH & VIR AT THE STRATTON VA MEDICAL CENTER (i) Description Section This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24226Q0838 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for asbestos air monitoring services. All responsible Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is� 541620,� Environmental Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $19.0� Million.� The Product Service Code (PSC) is B502, Special Studies/Analysis Air Quality.
