This replacement of Ann Parish Elementary School for Los Lunas Schools (LLS) district is designed to serve approximately 540 students in grades Kindergarten through 6th. The total allowable square footage per State Adequacy is 67,893 GSF. The new campus will be located on undeveloped land South of existing school at the southwest corner of Meadowlake Road and Manzano Expressway in Los Lunas, NM. PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM PLAN HOUSE AT ALBUQUERQUE REPROGRAPHICS (ARI GRAPHIX) , 4716 McLeod NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109, (505) 884-0862. A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD AT 10:00AM MDT ON 10/08/2026 AT ANN PARISH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 112 MEADOWLAKE RD, LOS LUNAS, NM 87031, IN PERSON.
