Description
Complete replacement of four (4) existing variable frequency drives rated for 250-HP motors. Where federal funds (FEMA) are utilized, and to the extent applicable, the following federal provisions may apply consistently with Uniform Guidance in 2 C.F.R. § 200.326 and 2 C.F.R. Part 200, and its Appendix II. Relevant federal authorities may require additional provisions depending on the scope and context of the Contract. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in contract termination.
