NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Collin County, TX invites sealed bids for 2026-389 , Construction, CCADF Sprinkler Heads Replacement . Contractor shall replace all existing institutional sprinklers located in inmate cells within Clusters 1, 3, 4, and 5 of the Collin County Jail in McKinney, Texas with new Tyco Raven sprinklers. This sprinkler system is to be designed in accordance with NFPA 13 requirements. The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) .
