The Washington State Department of Licensing hereafter called “DOL”, is initiating this Request for Qualifications and Quotes (RFQQ) to solicit responses from contractors interested in providing technical, and analytical services to assist DOL and the Washington State Patrol (WSP) in implementing continuous monitoring systems, developing access protocols, and generating the mandated annual legislative reports.
