Description
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to solicit bids from qualified vendors to provide the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) with interpreter and captioning services for deaf and hard of hearing individuals using American Sign Language (ASL), spoken language, and Real-time Captioning (RTC). The majority of the services will be provided at FTB's Central Campus located at 9646 Butterfield Way, Sacramento, California 95827. However, there may be circumstances that require services be provided at other FTB locations, such as FTB field offices and other locations necessary for FTB to conduct business throughout the State of California. Final Date for Bid Submission is Friday, Wednesday, July 1, 2026, by 5:00 PM (Pacific Time).
