Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ, number 36C24426Q0880 for Online Wellness Classes. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This Solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSB only. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 713940 Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers, with a small business size standard of $17.5 million. The FSC/PSC is G003 Social Recreational. Complete instructions for submitting a response to this solicitation and applicable provisions and clauses are found in 36C24426Q0880. All offerors are advised to pay careful attention to the quote submission instructions as there are very specific instructions as what is required to be provided. The contract period of performance (POP) is anticipated to be 11/07/2026 through 11/06/2031. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation.
