2027.0127, City RFP - Design Services for Northrop Park Improvements RFP Opening: November 5, 2026 at 4:00 PM Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection funds. No RFP Deposit Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: October 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Per Addendum No 1, a second mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for October 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Prospective proposers shall meet near the basketball courts of Northrop Park, located at 98 Scofield Ave, Stamford, CT 06906. Prospective proposers who attended the first mandatory pre-proposal meeting do not need to attend. All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com ). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
