This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026. This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition using FAR (RFO) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) has a requirement to complete a drydocking and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Classification Society first 5-year special periodical associated surveys of the marine motor vessel (M/V) �Seaway Guardian.� This will include the drydocking of the vessel, ABS special periodical hull, machinery, and automation surveys, renewal of load line, IAPP, and IOPP certification as well as additional maintenance, steel work, and coating renewal.
