Warren County is seeking information from qualified historic preservation architects, building-envelope specialists, contractors, and related professionals regarding the assessment, stabilization, and restoration of Fairview House, also known as the Thomas McKay House. Responses will help the County define the appropriate technical approach, sequencing, procurement strategy, schedule, and budget for future restoration work.
