This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N0040626Q0395-0001 is issued as a?request for quotation (RFQ) for?services to re-purpose five (5) existing Utility Floats to create an anchored small boat utilizing the SeaFlex Mooring System for Naval Station Everett. See updated Statement of Work attached for full requirement description. This acquisition?is?not set-aside for small business concerns. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
