Description
The scope of work generally consists of demolition of the existing station, furnishing and installing a fully operational temporary living and operating quarters, and construction of the new LEED Gold station. Submit one electronic copy of the proposal, pages P1-P10, and bid bond as outlined in the Notes Section. All required forms and sections of the Bid must be submitted via PlanetBids. Bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The Bid Management System will not accept late bids and no exceptions shall be made. Bidders will receive an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that their bid was submitted successfully. The City will only receive those bids that were transmitted successfully.
