This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note: This posting is not a Request for Bid (“RFB”) or Request for Proposal (“RFP”).The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is connecting a resident to municipal water and stopping use of the resident’s well. The City of Ramsey is the only water utility provider to accomplish this, so there are no alternatives for a bid because the water main adjacent to the property is only operated by the City of Ramsey. Thus, MPCA must pay the water connection fees to connect the building to the City of Ramsey water supply.
