Description
Scope of work consists of a variety of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have pre-established unit prices listed in a Unit Price Book (UPB). See bid docs. The contractor and its subcontractors are required by bid specifications to pay Prevailing Wage Rates to persons employed by them for work under this Contract and shall comply with the Agency’s Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
