Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department is seeking qualified companies to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide facility ancillary services required by various County departments related to their facility programs. Vendors may seek to qualify in one of more of the following facility ancillary service categories: Abatement & Remediation (i.e., Asbestos Abatement & Remediation, Lead Abatement & Remediation, Mold Abatement & Remediation, Smoke/Water Damage), Consultants (i.e., Asbestos Consultants, Environmental Consultants, Lead Consultants, Parking Consultants, Site Surveillance Technicians), General Services (i.e., Duct Cleaning Services, Moving, Relocation, and/or Storage Providers, Pest Control &Termite Extermination, As- Needed Drought - Related Landscaping Services, As- Needed Strom Water Drain Maintenance and Repair Services, As- Needed Pressure Washing Services), Waste & Rubbish (i.e., Electronic Waste Collectors/Recyclers, Hazardous/non-hazardous Waste Removal & Disposal, Medical Waste Removal & Disposal, Rubbish Removal/Disposal Service, Chemical Portable Toilets, Domestic Fresh Water and/or Wastewater Treatment, Class A Infectious Substance/Waste Decontamination & Removal, Class A Infectious Substance/Waste Transport & Disposal, Solid/Organic Waste Removal, Disposal and Recycling Services).
