The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services, Purchasing Division, invites responses to a Request for Proposals to provide consulting services concerning preparation of the 7th Cycle Shasta County Housing Element update, State mandated General Plan amendments triggered by the County’s General Plan Housing Element update, and optional completion of an unfinished General Plan update involving the Safety Element and Disadvantaged Unincorporated Communities.
