11/06/2026 - GT Planning, Design & Construction unit (PDC) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (Step 1) from firms interested in providing FY27-28 MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Contractor Task Order Services known as Bid-Contract No. [2012-27] for construction projects at Georgia Tech campus on an ¿as-needed¿ basis. The contract term is one (1) year with the possibility of four (4) renewals for a total of five (5) year term. Firms deemed especially qualified will be invited to Interview (Step 2). Interested Firms can attend the OPTIONAL VIRTUAL Pre-Submittal Conference Meeting scheduled for 2:30 PM (EST) Friday, November 20, 2026. See RFQ section 2.2 Pre-Submittal Conference for virtual meeting link. ***Active Task Order Contractors who have exhausted their renewals (meaning you are on 5th and FINAL year-5 term) MUST re-apply to this advertisement. *** Documents for response available for download in the ¿Documents¿ tab.
