<p>Furnish and delivery lubricants and fluids to the Transit Department on an as needed basis.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>• Delivery: It is the responsibility of the Bidder to provide all equipment and labor necessary to unload the shipment as directed by the City of Torrance.</p><p>• Partial Bids: Bidders may bid on all or any part of these requirements. However, the City may award one or more purchase orders for these items to the lowest responsive bidder of each item or groups of like items. The City may award to one vendor if doing so is in the best interest of the City.</p><p></p><p>Term: 10/01/26 to 09/30/29, with the possibility of another two-year extension.</p>
