ADVERTISEMENT FOR PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICES The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) requests a written response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purpose of selecting a campus planning consultant team to provide on-call services for planning studies that will inform various campus initiatives, including individual development projects, physical master plans, and an updated Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) for the main campus in Westwood. Familiarity with a full range of campus planning issues and project types undertaken by UCLA (including new construction, infill development and renovations, fire/life safety upgrades, seismic upgrades, accessibility improvements, healthcare, housing, classrooms, laboratories, dining facilities, etc.) is also required. …
