The project is generally described as: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services,transportation, and incidentals necessary to install 800 feet of new 16â waterline, 110 feet of 12â waterline, horizontaldirectional drill under Mechumps Creek, and other appurtenances in Hanover County, VA. All work shall be as describedin the Project Manual and shown on the Contract Drawings.
