RENOVATIONS TO THE CITY’S COMMISSION CHAMBERS

Description

The Work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform interior renovation services for the +/- 5,000 s.f. city commission chambers, to include but not limited to: replacement of auditorium seating and miscellaneous furniture, custom wall acoustical wood paneling system, carpet and tile replacement, wood casework refinishing, etc. NON-MANDATORY NON-MANDATORY WEBEX PRE-BID MEETING: The City will hold a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting via Webex at 11:00 a.m. with a site-visit scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on July 30, 2026.
