The City of Tybee Island, GA will be accepting bids for the Gravity Sewer Replacement South Zone 2. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 2:00 PM ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2026, to Aleesha Robinson, at Tybee Island City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING will be held 11:00AM, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2026, at the Public Safety Building (78 Van Horne) all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
