Solicitation questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Kenny Vilayvong at kenny.vilayvong.civ@us.navy.mil, & Jacqueline Edgerton at jacqueline.f.edgerton.civ@us.navy.mil, no later than 28 Aug 2025, 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Standard Time. NOTE: Late offers will be handled in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. No facsimile submissions will be accepted. Proposals are due by 8 Sept 2026 by 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time. Please review and submit proposals and detailed in attached combined synopsis. See attached PWS for requirments of the service.
