The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information; it is not a solicitation for services. The information received will be informative and may assist in planning. Nothing in this RFI should be construed as intent, commitment or promise to solicit or procure a solution. DBHDS is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Any response to this RFI shall not be considered a pre-requisite to submitting a proposal for any subsequent procurement.
