Commodity or Service Required: Purchase of HR Acuity Employee Relations Case Management Software Description: Lee County Human Resources seeks to execute a single-source procurement renewal for their existing employee relations case management software by HR Acuity. The software is currently used by the County to document, track, and manage employee relations matters, including workplace complaints, investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns. Continued use of HR Acuity ensures consistency in established workflows, maintains continuity of historical case records, and preserves existing reporting and analytical capabilities. Intended Single Source: HR Acuity, LLC Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: HR Acuity, LLC is the sole producer, seller, and distributor of the HR Acuity platform, a cloud-based solution for Human Resources, Employee Relations, Safety, Ethics, Compliance, and Investigations case management. The platform provides a fully integrated, end-to-end solution encompassing employee intake, anonymous reporting, case management, manager support, legal documentation, and aftercare without outsourcing functionality. HR Acuity's exclusive distribution and comprehensive capabilities uniquely meet the County's requirements. The County currently utilizes this platform, and transitioning to an alternative system would require data migration, implementation, and staff retraining, potentially disrupting established processes and resulting in additional costs. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason(s) stated above, Lee County Procurement Management intends to utilize the Single Source Procurement method to purchase from HR Acuity LLC to supply the above.
