Description
The Prescott Regional Airport (PRC) is soliciting for construction of an Executive Hangar Development. The project will consist of a 4-unit, 16,315 square foot hangar development project. The hangar shall be a pre-engineered steel building. The pre-engineered steel building will be based upon architectural performance specifications and not a single-source steel manufacturer. The hangar shall have a water fire suppression system along with interior floor drains with 1,500 gallon oil and water separator. Civil site improvements consists of grading, drainage, utilities, aircraft taxi lane pavement and security fencing. Also included is a concrete aircraft wash rack with water and drainage improvements.
