Purpose: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver Officer and Healthcare Patches-Columbus Sewing Plant on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) during the contract period. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. Current Sample Request- Pictures of the items needed are attached under the specifications.Background: The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction operates and maintains a Correction Enterprises Sewing Plant. The patches are used for the correction officers and the healthcare staff.The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
