Description

<p>The Project generally consists of converting the former 99 Cent Store to a food hall including bar area, set seating and roller rink. The project improvement includes structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing renovation and upgrade.</p> <p>All prospective bidders shall access the Documents &amp; Attachments Tab to review and download all bid documents posted on the PlanetBids website for the Project. The solicitation documents include, but are not limited to, bid and contract documents, specifications, drawings, appendices, and required bid forms. Bidders shall complete the required bid forms in their entirety and submit electronically through the PlanetBids system. Bidders will not be able to submit their bids without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system. Bidders shall use the Line Items Tab to submit their bid price. All addenda shall be acknowledged electronically through the PlanetBids system.</p>
