Description

This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), total 8(a) set-aside contract for construction efforts at Hill AFB, UT (Davis County); the Carter Creek Recreational Property at Evanston, WY; Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), UT; Little Mountain Test Annex, UT, NV; Boulder Seismic Site, WY. Each construction project will be awarded by an individual task order (TO) issued against the basic contract and specifying work in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. ****UPDATE 0001**** An updated Basic IDIQ SOW, Section L, Section M, and Seed project FOPR. Questions and answers to date are attached. SEED SITE WALK RESHEDULED TO SEPTEMBER 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
