This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240BE27Q0011 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) The general scope of work pertaining to this contract consists of performing annual road, campground road and trailhead maintenance throughout the Sheyenne National Grassland. This work is being solicited as a �performance- based� service contract. The term �performance-based� indicates the Contractor is responsible for achieving an end product. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. Location: Sheyenne National Grassland Ransom and Richland Counties This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 The small business size standard is 45M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
