Description
The City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to develop and deliver engaging, interactive Spanish-language learning programs. The selected vendor must provide age-appropriate instruction that builds conversational Spanish skills and vocabulary through interactive activities and hands-on learning experiences. Programming should also introduce participants to the cultures and traditions of Spanish-speaking communities while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and an ongoing interest in learning Spanish. Selected vendor will enter into a 70% Vendor /30% City of Evanston contract in alignment Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department Vendor Contract for services
