<p>The City of Huntington Beach and the Housing Authority of the City of Huntington Beach are soliciting the qualifications of firms interested in providing professional services regarding on-site affordable housing compliance monitoring. The services being requested will involve the monitoring of various affordable housing projects either acquired or built with individual or combined funding sources such as the following:</p><p> </p><p>1. Low Income Housing Tax Credit; Housing Bond Affordable Covenants.</p><p>2. Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Funds (former Redevelopment Affordable</p><p> Housing Set-Aside Funds); Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds;</p><p>3. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); Home Investment Partnership (HOME);</p><p>4. City of Huntington Beach Inclusionary Housing Program-related obligations; and</p><p> housing in-lieu funds.</p><p>5. Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA)</p> <p></p>
