Description

The objective of this project is to professionally seal the “Party Deck” area of Clover Park, to include floors, walls and stairs, and baseboards where possible to provide a safe and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for the guests of Clover Park and to prevent water penetration into the areas below the party deck (The Lab). The materials and colors used should match the materials and colors used in the Cutwater Section of the stadium. MANDATORY A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at the project location, Clover Park – County Office, 31 Piazza Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986 at 9:00 A.M. on November 4, 2026. Only those bidders attending the pre-bid conference will be permitted to bid this project.
